The health center offers primary care for kids, ages 0 to 18, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4p.m.
Primary care for adults, ages 18+, is available Wednesdays and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A parent or guardian must provide consent for your child to be seen by a provider. Please see your school nurse for consent forms.
To schedule an appointment, call (614) 355-2590, option 3, or complete this intake form. A hospital staff member will be in touch with more details. For more information, visit NationwideChildrens.org/KIPP.
